Archyr CRM Chrome Extension · Last updated: September 18, 2026
1. Overview
The Archyr CRM Chrome Extension ("the Extension") is a browser sidebar that displays company data from your Archyr CRM account when you visit a company's website. It is developed by Mucker Capital Management, LLC and is intended for use by authorized Archyr CRM users.
This policy covers the Extension only. The Archyr web application at archyr.com is covered by the Archyr Privacy Policy.
2. What we collect
The Extension accesses the following data:
Current tab URL. The Extension reads the URL of your active browser tab to extract the website domain. This domain is used to look up the corresponding company in your Archyr CRM account. The URL is processed locally in your browser and is not transmitted to any server. Only the extracted domain name (for example, "example.com") is sent to Archyr's API to perform the company lookup.
Extension sign-in session. The Extension signs you in with Google through Supabase Auth using PKCE. It stores its own session in chrome.storage.local, refreshes it through Supabase, and sends the access token only to the configured Archyr API. It does not read authentication data from web pages.
Archyr CRM data. The Extension fetches and displays company information, activities, and notes from your Archyr CRM account via the Archyr API at archyr.com. This data is displayed in the Extension sidebar and is not stored persistently beyond a short-lived in-memory cache (up to 5 minutes) for performance.
3. What we do not collect
We do not collect browsing history.
We do not track which websites you visit, other than the momentary domain lookup described above.
We do not collect personal information beyond what is already in your Archyr account.
We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.
We do not sell, transfer, or share any user data with third parties, advertising platforms, or data brokers.
4. Data storage
Session. Stored in extension-local chrome.storage.local. Access tokens refresh through Supabase Auth. Signing out revokes the session through Supabase and clears extension storage.
Company lookup cache. Stored in memory only. Cleared when the Extension is closed or reloaded. Maximum cache duration is 5 minutes.
No server-side storage. The Extension does not have its own backend. All data comes from and goes to your existing Archyr CRM account at archyr.com.
