Archyr is a deal intelligence and workflow platform for investment teams, operated by Mucker Capital Management, LLC ("Archyr", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Archyr application at archyr.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
Content you provide. Information you enter into the Service, such as deal records, notes, documents, and configuration settings.
Google user data. Data accessed through Google APIs with your permission, described in Section 3 below.
Usage information. Standard technical information such as log data, browser type, device information, IP address, and how you interact with the Service, used for security and to operate and improve the Service.
3. Google user data
With your explicit consent through Google's OAuth consent screen, the Service accesses the following categories of Google user data:
Gmail. Reading email messages and metadata to surface and organize deal-related correspondence; applying and updating labels; sending messages you compose in the Service; and deleting messages when you request it.
Google Calendar. Reading calendar events to connect meetings with deal activity, and creating or updating events for meetings scheduled through the Service.
Google Drive. Reading files you choose to connect in order to associate documents with deal records, and creating files that the Service uploads on your behalf.
Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Creating and updating Google Docs for document-generation features, and reading Sheets and Slides you connect to the Service.
Google Contacts. Reading your "Other contacts" (people you have corresponded with) to enrich people and company records and resolve profile photos.
Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its user-facing features;
Organize, summarize, and connect the information you and your team work with inside the Service;
Authenticate you and secure your account;
Provide support and respond to your requests;
Monitor, protect, and improve the reliability and security of the Service; and
Comply with legal obligations.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
Archyr's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular:
We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the Service's interface.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve those user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets after obtaining explicit prior consent.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data.
We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless (a) we have your affirmative agreement to view specific data, (b) it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
6. AI features
Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence models to summarize, organize, or analyze your data. When these features process Google user data, they do so only to deliver the specific feature you have requested. Your Google user data is not used by us or by our AI service providers to train generalized AI or machine learning models. AI processing is performed by Anthropic and OpenAI under agreements consistent with this policy.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (Google Cloud Platform) and AI processing (Anthropic and OpenAI), bound by obligations of confidentiality and limited use.
Your team. With other members of your workspace, according to the sharing settings within the Service.
Legal requirements. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Archyr, our users, or others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the commitments in Section 5 for Google user data.
8. Data storage and security
Your data is stored with Google Cloud Platform in the United States. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect it, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls limiting access to authorized personnel, and monitoring for unauthorized activity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data retention and deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, or when you ask us to delete your data, we delete or de-identify your personal information, including stored Google user data, within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes such as backup integrity, in which case residual copies are removed on our standard backup rotation schedule.
To request deletion, contact us at dev@muckercapital.com. You can also cut off Archyr's access to your Google data at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at dev@muckercapital.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
11. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
